I had a really good experience with this phone shop and computer service shop especially because of Panjak, he was kind and very helpful. I went there because my laptop charger stopped working and I wasn’t sure if the problem was actually the charger or my computer. Even though he didn’t have the exact charger I needed, he took the time to check my computer and test another charger to see if that was the issue. He explained everything clearly and recommended the type of charger I should buy. What I really appreciated is that he didn’t charge me anything for checking and trying to help diagnose the problem. He could have easily tried to sell me a different charger he had in the store, but instead he was honest and focused on helping me find the right solution. I found that very professional and kind. We offer a 3-month warranty on parts and labour for most repairs. Screen repairs come with a 12-month warranty as advertised. The warranty applies only to the replaced component and excludes physical or liquid damage.

What brands do you repair?

We repair most brands, including Apple, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Huawei, Google, Xiaomi, etc. In some cases, repair times may vary depending on the brand and parts availability.

Can you fix a water-damaged phone?

We offer cleaning services for water-damaged phones and charge a $40 service fee. The chances of fixing a water-damaged phone depend on the case. We do not offer a warranty on water-damaged phone repairs.

Does phone lose its water resistance after the repair?

Yes, the device may lose its water resistance after repair.

Phones lose their water resistance when damaged. We try our best to reseal them however, water resistance cannot be guaranteed after the repair.

Do I need appointment for repair?

No, you can simply walk in for repairs. However, we recommend calling us first to check parts availability and turnaround time.

Will my data be safe during repair?

You shouldn’t lose any data during the repair process, but it’s always best to back up your data if possible.

In some cases, a damaged screen may cause ghost touching, which can disable the device. If this happens, you may need to wipe the phone to regain access.

Do you sell phone accessories?

Yes, we sell a wide range of accessories including screen protectors, charging cables, phone cases, earbuds, and power banks. All accessories are available for purchase in-store or can be reserved online.

Do you sell refurbished phones?

Yes, we sell refurbished phones and provide a 6-month warranty with them. Please note that the warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage.

Also, refurbished devices may lose their original water resistance during the repair or refurbishment process, so we cannot guarantee that the devices will remain water resistant.
