We offer a 3-month warranty on parts and labour for most repairs. Screen repairs come with a 12-month warranty as advertised. The warranty applies only to the replaced component and excludes physical or liquid damage.

Can you fix a water-damaged phone?
We offer cleaning services for water-damaged phones and charge a $40 service fee. The chances of fixing a water-damaged phone depend on the case. We do not offer a warranty on water-damaged phone repairs.
Does phone loose its water resistance after the repair?
Yes, the device may lose its water resistance after repair.
Phones lose their water resistance when damaged. We try our best to reseal them however, water resistance cannot be guaranteed after the repair.
Do I need appointment for repair?
No, you can simply walk in for repairs. However, we recommend calling us first to check parts availability and turnaround time.
Will my data be safe during repair?
You shouldn’t lose any data during the repair process, but it’s always best to back up your data if possible.
